Hmm. Beautiful instrument. When he plays it around 15:30 the mid range sounds a little honky. Compared to like a Bosendorfer or a Steinway, I'm not sure it would hang. It's hard to tell sometimes too through a RUclips, compressed video, but I've heard and played those pianos on here too. I would definitely own one of these. But perhaps it could be voiced to be a bit more mellow? These are extremely beautiful pianos. Why aren't they more common?

Vor fast fünfzig Jahren hatte ich das große Vergnügen, einen Bluthner-Flügel aus der Vorkriegszeit aus einem Lager zu holen, ihn zu reinigen, ihn von einem erstklassigen Klavierstimmer in Berlin professionell stimmen zu lassen und dann einen hervorragenden amerikanischen Pianisten zu engagieren, der ihn auf einer von mir organisierten Party spielte. Der Klang war einfach umwerfend! Alle haben das gesagt. Der Klang war wirklich voll und melodiös. Seitdem bin ich in Bluthner Klaviere verliebt! Ich danke Ihnen sehr! Meine allerbesten Wünsche aus England.

These are fine piano, a bit disturbed by the "special veneer" at 15:05, as it was standard option on Gaveau piano (I have it with wax finish on my 1927 modéle 2). Anyway Blüthner are my forward move if I have to change.

Mr. Bluthner, pleasure to meet you. As a kid I was basically forced to play the piano, you can say I liked it as a kid only. I do love music in every aspect and can play a tiny bit as an adult. Now fast forward in years and I find myself in a hotel in Vienna, Austria. I saw for the first time a Bluthner piano and it was a grand piano. It was a nice brown piano (my favorite) versus a black one. I started to play a little bit and was blown away at the lovely sounds emanating from that piano. I was so enamored that I almost stop just to walk around the piano because I could not believe what I was hearing. Ever since then I have educated myself a bit more about your pianos and its always a pleasure to hear the wonderful sounds your pianos make. If your piano had this effect on this old man, I am sure pianists around the world are just as enthralled as me. And you are right, that piano will be around for another century. Thank you, sir, for continuing the family business, keep up the great work.

I bought a red colored physis v100 a year ago to replace my Yamaha 635. I had bought the 635 because it was the flagship model back in 2021, but I somehow couldn't get used to it. The V100 is a very different piano with an incredibly light action (for me lighter is better) and even better build quality (it's solid build and weighs 100+kg). If you like tweaking an instrument then this is will satisfy your needs. The interface is easy enough for my father and children to play with. Despite that its possibilities are unlimited, i wish that you could tweak it even further and make an insane 20 meter long grand piano just for the fun of it. Because it has modeled sound it should be able to do that, but you can't lengthen the strings longer than 6 meter. This will satisfy the most of us though. Another thing that underwhelmed me was that sampled piano's have a very noticeable hammer 'thud' which i find completely unnecessary. For this reason I stayed away from the wooden action digital piano's like the AvantGrand which you can hear thudding even with a headset on. To my surprise the modeled sound of the V100 also has a thud. Why Physis would add that thud to an artificial instrument is beyond me. But those are all my main criticisms, for the rest it is an awesome experimental piano that everyone should have played (before they have an opinion about it).

Well... let's see if I can make it there in the next 4 years. Tour of German piano makers, C. Bechstein, Bluthner, Steingraeber un Sohne and Grotrian (maybe also Seiler). For now, let's keep saving and building skills on my Bechstein A6.

There rubbish pianos got issues with the jacks slow to return or sticking .The factory warranty is fake.

Zo bijzonder is deze klank toch niet? Voor dit geld kan je veel beter krijgen. Het pianogeluid klinkt nog wel oké, maar heeft duidelijk niet dezelfde ervaring dan die van een akoestisch instrument. Het orgelgeluid is ronduit bagger, en het orkestgeluid is ook ronduit matig.
